Boardly is committed to maintaining a high-trust, respectful, and inclusive platform for all users, including startup founders, board candidates, and advisors. By using the platform, you agree to abide by the following Code of Conduct:

1. Professionalism

Users must conduct themselves professionally at all times. Communication should be respectful, constructive, and relevant to the purpose of board engagement.

2. Anti-Discrimination

Discrimination or harassment on the basis of race, gender, ethnicity, age, disability, sexual orientation, religion, or any protected characteristic is strictly prohibited.

3. Confidentiality Users must maintain confidentiality regarding any sensitive business, strategic, or personal information encountered through the platform or during board discussions.

4. No Solicitation or Self-Promotion

The platform must not be used for unrelated commercial solicitation, self-promotion, or recruitment unless explicitly authorised by Boardly.

5. Platform Integrity

Users must not attempt to bypass the platform’s processes or fees, including arranging off-platform deals or introducing third parties without disclosure.

6. Reporting Misconduct

Users are encouraged to report any breaches of this Code to help@joinboardly.com. Boardly reserves the right to investigate and take action, including removal from the platform.

7. Enforcement

Violation of this Code of Conduct may result in warning, suspension, or permanent removal from the platform without refund.
